Engineering Services

ERProsource360 provides engineering services such as Acquisition and Lifecycle Management, Integrated Logistics Support, and Test and Evaluation services to DoD and DHA customers, including Eglin Air Force Base, Walter Reed National Medical Military Center (WRNMMC), Nellis Air Force Base, Army National Guard, and the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS).

Clinical Support Services

ERProsource360 was awarded the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Support Services (MSS) Contract. The DHA MSS Contract is a multiple award IDIQ for small businesses to provide certified, specialized and technical medical support services to the DHA, Air Force, Army, Navy Medical Services, and potentially the VA. MSS allows ERProsource360 to deliver a wide range of qualified support in healthcare operations such as routine staffing, new mission support, reorganization support, and subsidiary workforce fluctuations.

Biomedical Equipment Repair (BMET) and System Administration

ERProsource360 provides maintenance and technical support functions for medical equipment and users, including preventive maintenance, calibration, testing, repairs, and training at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC).  ERProsource360 performs highly skilled work of considerable difficulty on types of equipment requiring initial, continued, or specialized training or experience, to include radiology, clinical laboratory, physiological monitoring equipment and other clinical modalities. Equipment maintenance services also include the integration of IT systems administration to ensure the maintenance and upgrades of “smart” medical equipment, meet clinical demand, and don’t adversely affect patient care.  BAMC is the first Military Treatment Facility (MTF) to fully integrate systems administration with biomedical equipment maintenance, and we are proud to be at the forefront of this innovative approach to patient care.
